Creative block

Late night watercolour about the subject of artists and writers block ..but suddenly as you write or paint something magic happens…

I have sort of tidied my desk and rearranged my ink pads, cardstock and punches..I cant function in a ordered environment where everything is tidied away so I sort of exist in creative clutter ha ha

Happy Tea Tuesday

  1. I really LOVE your beautiful painting. You do SO well with watercolors. I think this is a gorgeous girl.

I wish I were more like you, but I fear my space is so small even the smallest thing out of place becomes a distraction for me. I can’t seem to work in any kind of clutter, but I certainly appreciate those who can. You have my deepest admiration for this. and I love how you bring your drink with you to clean your space.

Thanks for joining us once again for T this Tuesday, Lorraine. Your beautiful art certainly unblocked any creative block you might have had!

  2. I need creative clutter too. But not a huge mess. Funny how that is. Some people needs super neat and clean, some a super mess. I guess we all have unique muses. Nice late night sketch. Happy T day. Hugs-Erika

  3. I’m with you on not being able to have everything cleared off.
Creative clutter and sometimes chaos works for me šŸ™‚
    Lovely painting Lorraine!
p.s. I have a magnet on our fridge that reads: Creative Clutter is better than Idle Neatness ā™„
