Autumn approaching

This week I finished the tunic I was working on and used some amy butler fabric for the hem and pocket..quite like it.  I have given up scrolling facebook which I was finding to be too negative so have found I have had a lot more time to do stuff such as starting a little rug hook bird piece.  The painting is all about who is left or read the full poem and see the larger painting click here

  1. I absolutely love this tunic. Makes me want to get my sewing out. Lovely art too. I agree about FB. I was a late bloomer getting on with it but I find there is a lot of negative, and it is a time consumer. I have a real life friend that spends 8 to 10 hours a day on FB. I just can’t do that. Anyway I love what you have created. Have a very nice weekend.

  2. Your tunic is very sharp, but comfy looking. I used to sew, but haven’t done so in years. I always enjoy your girly watercolor portraits. I agree with you about the political negativity and hatred floating around on FB, that’s why these days I focus on managing my church’s page. Blessings!
