8oz self raising flour
1 jar of mincemeat (in the baking section not the butchers for my US friends as dont know if its called something different over there!)
pastry cutter or glass
Make pastry mixing the flour and margarine together and add a dash of warm water. Roll out the pastry and cut 2 circles using a pastry cutter or glass. Add a tablespoon of mincemeat to each pastry case and top with another pastry circle.
bake for 10 minutes approx. at 180C in the oven..makes about 30.
